We are excited to introduce the Conscious Leadership 360° Personal Insight Plan (CL 360°) — a groundbreaking approach to leadership development, designed with our partners at Evók, that goes beyond performance evaluation and into who someone is being as a leader.
Most 360° tools were built around a flawed premise: measure performance, flag what's broken, and hand leaders a report full of anxiety and no real path forward. People leave feeling judged — unsure what to do next and with no agency in the process. Feedback often triggers self-protection instead of growth, and leaders walk away with a report they file away and never implement.
The CL 360° works differently.
The CL 360° doesn't evaluate — it reveals. It doesn't diagnose — it ignites. Feedback becomes fuel. Insight becomes action. And every leader leaves with a personalized plan they have designed and feel motivated to implement.
The CL 360° is also not a skills assessment. In our experience, it's rarely the skills that are missing in leadership. It's the ability to access them — and to operate from a place of high intention and keen awareness.
What We Measure
We measure the dimensions that actually drive leadership impact:
Consciousness: How they see the world
The lens a leader uses to interpret circumstances, respond to challenges, and decide what's possible — for themselves and their teams.
Capacity: How they show up
The intention level that drives a leader's thoughts, emotions, and decisions in the moment — whether they're leading from force or from flow.
Congruency: How they land with others
A true 360° view of alignment — where internal intention and external impact match, and where there's an opportunity to synchronize further.
This is not a judgment of who you are. It's an invitation to expand who you're becoming.
