Dr. Tiffany Carter is the CEO of E-klectic Coaching, LLC, with over 14 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Federal government and a background in higher education administration. She holds degrees from the University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, and Drexel University, and is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and the Center for Coaching Certification.

Passionate about mentoring and coaching women, Dr. Carter is known for her warm presence, person-centered approach, and ability to empower others. Her journey into coaching was deeply shaped by her own transformative experience following the loss of her mother, which inspired her to help others embrace their courage and purpose.

Today, as an entrepreneur, professional, wife, and mother of two, she creates safe spaces for women to connect, heal, and manifest their desired results.
